It’s the tool used at NNIT to describe your personal and professional development and evaluate your current competency level. Together with your manager, you put your ambitions into words and make a plan for your short and long-term development.

Development and job rotation 
Talented and at the forefront. That’s the way it has to be, and it’s why we offer a wide range of training courses and certifications in addition to job rotation – it could be in areas like DevOps, Cloud, CyberSecurity, Microsoft, and SAP, as well as project management, for example PRINCE2.
